The Seattle Seahawks engineered a stunning comeback to defeat the Rams in extra time, securing their place in the NFL play-offs.

Overcoming a sixteen-point deficit in the final period, the Seahawks triumphed 38-37 at home, registering their fifth straight victory.

While the Los Angeles had become the first to earn a post-season spot earlier on game day, the Seattle team booked their return to the postseason after a two-year hiatus.

With this result, the Seahawks now lead their Conference race with a twelve and three record, replacing the Rams, who dropped to the number five playoff position with an eleven and four standing.
